Checking whether this Kindle can reach Bookify…
Unable to confirm the connection
Bookify is ready, but this Kindle could not automatically open the transfer page. Check the following:
1. Check the Wi-Fi
Make sure this Kindle and the device running Bookify are connected to exactly the same Wi-Fi. Do not use a guest network.
2. Check routers and extenders
If your home has multiple routers, secondary routers, Mesh nodes, or Wi-Fi extenders, move both devices close to the same router and reconnect Wi-Fi.
3. Try an iPhone Personal Hotspot
Turn on Maximize Compatibility for the iPhone hotspot, then connect this Kindle to it. If Bookify runs on an iPad or Mac, connect it to the same hotspot too.
4. Contact the developer
If the steps above do not work, use Settings > Feedback in Bookify to contact the developer.
